Protoga® Microalgae Milk is made of Chlorella pyrenoidosa (YYAM019) as the algal species, using advanced fermentation, separation, cell wall breaking, enzymatic hydrolysis, mixing and other processes to produce a microalgae plant dairy product rich in protein, lutein, zeaxanthin and other nutrients.
This product has been patented for cell wall breaking enzymatic hydrolysis technology, with very good dispersibility and liquid milk quality.
Appearance: This product is a yellow liquid, no impurities, a small amount of solid precipitated after long-term storage.
