Protoga® Microalgae Milk is made of Chlorella pyrenoidosa (YYAM019) as the algal species, using advanced fermentation, separation, cell wall breaking, enzymatic hydrolysis, mixing and other processes to produce a microalgae plant dairy product rich in protein, lutein, zeaxanthin and other nutrients.

 

This product uses patented microalgae strains to eliminate the fishy smell and dark green color of common Chlorella pyrenoidosa, and has an acceptable taste and aroma.

 

This product has been patented for cell wall breaking enzymatic hydrolysis technology, with very good dispersibility and liquid milk quality.

Appearance: This product is a yellow liquid, no impurities, a small amount of solid precipitated after long-term storage.

Colour: Yellow.

Taste and smell: It has the characteristic odor of Chlorella pyrenoidosa, and no strange odor.
